You tell us what kind of barn door you would like, and we will build it according to the size and materials you want. Woodstar will customize your barn door to your exact specifications.

Ranging in size up to a maximum of 144" (split) x 144", these doors may be ordered with or without glass inserts and are available either swinging or sliding. If glass is preferred, you may choose an insulated panel, with an enclosed window grid, or single-pane glass that has been individually glazed.

The structural frame of your door consists of two extruded aluminum vertical rails. If a split sliding door is required, one of the vertical rails has a built-in H closure to assure a well-sealed, tight fit. The rails are designed to accept ponderosa pine 2"x6" door girts which are placed carefully to coincide with your design, whether it calls for a solid or glass door. Our well-trained staff will assist you with your door design in every way.

The sliding hardware system (sold separately) consists of a track, trolleys, stay roller, Stay-Tite latch, door pull, door stop, a cane bolt and splice collar (where applicable).

As with all exterior wood products, it is extremely important to provide protection from the elements. It is essential that you either stain or paint your Woodstar doors so that all exposed wood is covered.
